We feel our facility offers the best value found on the island. While we may not be the least expensive gym in the area we are priced competitively and offer a variety of services not found at other fitness centers for any price. For example, each membership comes with your own personal trainer consultant. The trainer will meet with you once a month to answer questions, provide new exercises, and help to provide the accountability many of us need.
Also, our membership cap prevents overcrowding. For example we don't have sign up sheets on any of our cardiovascular machines and do not plan on ever having them. Having access to the equipment when you need it extremely important and at Progressive you will not have to wait.

Family Rates
Family rate is applied to the 2nd person in the family and each additional family member after that. Family rates are discounted approximately 10%. Please call for more information.
Progressive's Premiere Physique
For those who may need a little extra help getting started, we offer two different twelve week packages that will give you the knowledge, structure, tools and accountability to reach your fitness goal. Both packages includes a fitness evaluation, goal setting, a personalized nutrition plan, a daily nutrition and exercise journal, an exercise and nutritional reference manual, as well as a 3 month unlimited fitness center membership. Choose a package that fits your needs best.
PREMIERE PLATINUM: 36 - 45 minute sessions with a personal trainer

Small Group Training/Fitness Classes
Progressive offers a variety of small group training. This is an excellent choice for individuals who like working out with others, like accountability, and like to have fun. Some of our group training includes: Yoga, Pilates, Boot Camps, group personal training, and Zumba.
